I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist based in Kentish Town, North London, where I see people in need of psychological support. I also offer online therapy.
There can be many reasons for seeking personal therapy. Some of my clients feel they have reached a crossroads; they want to develop a better understanding of themselves, and a clearer vision of the path ahead. Others come to me for help with a wide range of difficulties, from work-related stress, or grief following a loss, to severe forms of anxiety, depression and relationship problems. The space I offer is one where all can heal, learn and grow.
I provide both short, goal-oriented counselling (generally between six and 12 sessions), and longer term psychotherapy. I am registered with the British Psychological Society and with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am also a BPS registered supervisor.
These pages will give you some information about my experience and therapeutic approach, so you can decide whether I can be of help. Feel free to browse, and email, text or call me for further details, in confidence.
